| Many of our solutions exhibit sealing performance that is better than the legally-stipulated guidelines. A good example: AFM 34 and FLEXOTHERM FSP4 cover the entire temperature range for TA Luft (German environmental standard) liquids, even for critical materials according to section 5.2.6 of TA Luft. And they provide an immense safety factor.
For example, the VICTOR REINZ classic AFM 34 is more than 1000 times more leaktight than required by the TA Luft standard or VDI directive 2440 (November 2000). And that is true even after the gasket (installed in a DN 40/PN 40 flange connection) is subjected to 200 °C air for 48 hours.
