Supplier requirements

At Dana, we define our quality objective according to the “zero error principle”. For this reason, all suppliers must be able to demonstrate a high standard of quality.

  • Availability of a quality assurance system according to ISO/TS 16949, QS 9000, VDA 6.1 or a comparable system.
  • Cost-conscious pricing
  • Ability to contribute in-house technical development services (production and/or product)
  • Reliable compliance with schedules
  • Flexibility in production and deliveries
  • Continuous and systematic demonstration of competitiveness
  • Reliability in all areas of cooperation with Dana
  • Contracts are generally based on the Dana general purchasing terms.

As soon as we have information about your company, your products, and your services in the form of a suppler self-assessment, we will place appropriate inquiries with the necessary documentation.
